Join our nurturing 6-week Pre-Natal Yoga program designed to support you through your pregnancy journey. Within these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of your changing body and connect with your growing little one. In a safe and supportive space, you'll learn: - Gentle yoga poses adapted for each trimester - Breathing techniques to help with relaxation and labour preparation - Ways to ease common pregnancy discomforts - Tools for mindful connection with your baby Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this program welcomes mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy. Leave each session feeling centered, empowered, and part of a caring community of expectant mothers. To attend these sessions, you will need to be at least 12 weeks into your pregnancy.
